  Gotta say I was impressed by Shari at SL. She showed me all the places that needed to be worked on. Took all the precautions due to some older injuries I have had in the past. This place is great 👍

  I felt very comfortable going here, and Jordan was great and very professional,. Worked on most of my trouble spots and really helps with circulation which I need. I was hoping it would be covered by insurance, but it’s not. A little pricey, but not any more than a massage would be. So I will try to go back. Legs felt a little weak the next day, but that just means it’s working.

  I joined the Stretch Lab about 3 months ago, due to sever sciatica issues. Hannah was my flexoligist and she did an awesome job recommending “homework” to encourage my healing. I went for 50 minutes each week and within a week, I felt much better. She continued to help me and stretch me until I no longer had pain! Hannah is very knowledgeable about the muscles and very helpful, always asking if I needed more or less of a stretch. If you or anyone in your family is wondering if this type of stretching could help them, I would absolutely recommend High Desert Stretch Lab. All of the Flexologists are very skilled and willing to help!
