- SMScott MontesMay 3, 20261.0Me and my parents have been going to this Pharmacy for almost 30 years. It is usually ok to buy a few groceries at the pharmacy so long as the items aren't restricted or require a scale. I went today 5-3-2026 and put my groceries on the counter and asked for the script. Without saying she wouldnt ring up the groceries she just gave me a weird look like "I am not going to ring up anything." She got the script and in a condisending tone told me to have a good day; I get it customer service is hard but don't have to be rude. The rest of the staff are friendly and great to work with like Ben and the others. I will still go there but if I have an option I will not have her help me ever again. Very disappointed because usually everything is smooth and professional.

- NGNala GallegosFeb 28, 20262.0The Smiths slogan is " Smiths your friendly neighborhood market", however if you are homeless then this Smiths location loves to have security guards follow you while you are shopping for groceries with your EBT, if you are even allowed in the store. Only one employee currently works here now, but they did have two employees, until last Sunday, are the only ones who actually talk to us homeless people like we are still human beings and it's because they understand that anyone could end up on the streets at any time and for any reason. If it was not for Robert( the gentlemen who used to work the fuel center closing shift) and for Charles, who also works the fuel center from time to time but is usually a cashier inside the store, then this Smiths location would receive a review of 0 star.s
