  Jackie is a great instructor. I stopped in for one class while traveling to visit family and the studio is great. Great workout and friendly team.

  I have always wanted to try barre and actually signed up for two classes before I finally got over feeling intimidated and showed up to Barre Albuquerque for my first class 2 weeks ago. Not only was Christi fabulous and put me at ease in the studio, but even the other barre regulars in the room were kind and welcoming. The work out itself is challenging in the best way. Time flies as you move quickly from one exercise to the next, totally burning out muscle groups. Looking around the room, every person is at various levels of fitness and successfully able to push themselves to still find challenge in each exercise. Seeing this makes me feel encouraged that there won't be the leveling off effect of many other work out methods. I definitely am hooked and know my addiction comes half from the workout itself and half from this studio's encouraging and empowering atmosphere!
