Presbyterian’s speech and language therapists help patients regain or improve their communication skills, speech production, thinking abilities, voice and swallowing. These impairments may be a result of a developmental delay, brain injury, concussion, neurological disease, cancer, or the effects of an illness or injury. This program requires a physician referral. Once referred into the program, your speech language therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan and home program. This location provides outpatient video fluoroscopic swallow studies for adult and pediatric patients, therapy for cancer-related speech, voice and swallowing problems, speech/cognitive therapy, and swallowing therapy.
