  Exceptional experience from walking through the door, all the way to exiting the optical department. The staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Pacheco is amazing. You can tell she is very knowledgeable in her field. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

  The "Owner" Steve, of this facility is very rude and has no customer service skills. I did not need and asked to opt out of a retinal exam as I need was some new glasses. He refused to listen to my request and started to refer me to another vendor. I asked for more explanation and he hung on me. I called back and spoke with him again and said I needed to call Stanton which is not under my vision insurance then proceeded to hang up on me while I was asking calmly to request if there is a legal requirement for any Retinal exam. I called back and the front desk girl said that he was the owner and no one else to speak with. Very poor ownership.

  We have been bringing my son to this Pearle Vision location for the last three years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Yes, it is a bit more pricey than some of the discount eye care places out there, but you truly get what you pay for. The optometrist here is an absolute professional with extended ophthalmology expertise—she is a real doctor who deeply understands eye health and does her job flawlessly. She is fantastic with kids and incredibly thorough. On top of the stellar medical care, the entire experience is wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming, the facility is always spotlessly clean, and everything about the environment feels safe and secure. If you want top-tier care for your family’s eyes, this is the place to go. We love the people here and wouldn't go anywhere else!

  They don’t take insurance unless you also buy glasses! No glasses—$150. That sure is a scam in my book.

  Horrible! I’ve been to many places and this one was like triple the cost. They charged me $270 to get fitted for contacts. Glasses for my daughter with insurance was almost $500 and $800 for mine with insurance. The dr. Was very nice and some of the workers there, but way too expensive. My husband called the office asking why contact fitting was so expensive and the cancelled his and my sons appointment because she didn’t want to “deal with him”. I’d find a better place if you’re thinking of coming here.
