- ELElena LantoshApr 30, 20261.0Horrible! I’ve been to many places and this one was like triple the cost. They charged me $270 to get fitted for contacts. Glasses for my daughter with insurance was almost $500 and $800 for mine with insurance. The dr. Was very nice and some of the workers there, but way too expensive. My husband called the office asking why contact fitting was so expensive and the cancelled his and my sons appointment because she didn’t want to “deal with him”. I’d find a better place if you’re thinking of coming here.

- RLRobert LopezMar 19, 20261.0I made and appointment and was asked to call and verbally confirm. Turns out they only wanted to discuss their "new" policy, requiring that you agree to purchase glasses prior to accepting the appointment. I have gone to the clinic in the past and loved working with Dr. Pacheo, but this in unacceptable. The policy is coercive at best and in my opinion scam. Only after the call did I look at the reviews and became disgusted. I guess they have expanded their policy to include weekdays also because my appointment was on Friday morning. Stay away!
