  I’m not sure how you gathered our information, please stop sending us mail. I have called your office and done return to sender on the letter. The individual you addressed the letter to died 20 years ago and the address you are sending mail to did not exist during the individual’s lifetime. Disgusting. Response to response to owner: I have already contacted your phone number and discussed the removal of my address and other private information from your contact lists. I did so prior to leaving the review, as is stated above in my original review.

  Kurt is very attentive and professional. He has helped two of my family members with hearing aids. He takes the time to explain everything and cares about the patients needs. Highly recommend!

  My grandmother went here to get her hearing aids fitted and adjusted. The first visit, Kurt, the specialist, was very nice, however subsequent visits were agressive and very car salesman-y. She went in twice to get adjustments and in both visits was bullied into not returning them. She was told that the static she was hearing was just something she would have to get used to then when they were adjusted again (which *did* fix the static problem), then it silenced any ambient noise. In the visits the doctor bullied her, saying that "well is it bad enough that it's worth returning them for $250 each?", which I feel is a bit of a bully statement. Hearing is something we deal with every single day and if I went from not hearing perfectly to hearing nothing but static constantly, I wouldn't want to wear them either. Especially for how much money they are. I know that hearing aids are expensive and I'm sure that there are certain limits to what adjustments can be made but I feel like it is also important to listen to patients and have patience when things aren't as they expect. The whole thing felt like they were just trying to sell the hearing aids and then once they were sold, didn't want to do the work to make sure they worked exactly as they should. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you want to be listened to and not just sold to.

  Let me start by saying my background is technical. Not in books but with my hands. I have had hearing aids for 2 years or so. I find Miracle Ear to be highly effective and I based my decision on the ongoing service you can receive from Kurt and Miracle Ear. Service after the sale matters to me and I am very satisfied.

  I've been working with Kurt for around 8 years, and have never been disappointed. He has always helped me, and that with a wonderful demeanor. I really like these hearing aides and the service much better than than what I had previously--and unsatisfactorily --tried. Would I recommend Kurt highly? Yes!
