  For Victoria Boettcher-the experience has been informative and pleasant. Mr. Kinifick has been very helpful and truly cares about whether we learn how to put them in and out plus he spends around six weeks giving us lessons as we go to ensure our experience was fantastic. In comparison to another place I went to I highly suggest you try Mr. Kinifick at Miracle Ear on Menaul in Albuquerque.

  We have been working with Dr. Kurt kinifick, he came to us highly recommended ever since my family member has been his patient. He has been very helpful with getting hearing devices for my family member. We are very satisfied with his work and very appreciative of him. He takes the time to explain the whole process and what he needs to do with the hearing aids and he Never rushes you he lets you ask questions, he is very attentive to the patients and he cares about their concerns. I definitely would recommend him to other patients who are seeking hearing devices.

  I called to make an appointment and no answer so I went on line to Miracle and found how to make an appointment that way. Normally the doctor is ALWAYS running behind/late and you have to wait. Today I had an appointment and he was not even in the office. The person at the front desk wanted to take my hearing aids to clean and check them. What I needed was assistance on how to use the new app that is now required. The day before I received a text message confirming my appointment and a box like this one for comments. I added the fact that I did not require a hearing test but rather needed help with the new app. The front desk person became indignant with me. I apologized for any mis-communication and she immediately blamed me and said I did something wrong and it was all my fault. Her tone really irritated me and I left upset after rescheduling for another day as if this was what was necessary. My time is valuable also and I was not happy about it. What I want to convey is the inconvenience of this office and unprofessionalism. I am sorry that I spent the money for the top of the line hearing aids when I do not even get to use them that much and haven’t been able since I first received them. I feel that I would have been much better off having the “Worth Hearing Company” as my hearing provider. Thus I do not endorse nor recommend Miracle Ear unless you enjoy inconvenience and frustration.
