I recently worked with Laurie and found her and her entire staff wonderful! I did a full course of AIT for hearing loss and enjoyed the experience far more than anticipated. And recovered a meaningful amount of my hearing! I felt very comfortable in the space and felt supported in making the experience very personal. Highly recommend!!

Miss Vanessa is awesome with my daughter. Before speech lessons my daughter had a hard time pronouncing words and had a hard time with her vowel letters. Currently she’s been doing a fantastic job and increasing with clarity. I’m thankful to for the work Vanessa has put in for my daughter. I’m so proud to see her grow and watch her progress in speech therapy .

Miss Vanessa is awesome with my daughter. Before speech lessons my daughter cannot tell the difference of “my”and “I” and was mumbling her words for four going on five years old. Currently she’s been doing a fantastic job and increasing with clarity. She’s also correcting herself. I’m so glad that we go to professional for my daughter’s speech needs. It’s worth it especially parent we gain the tools continue the process at home.

(Long Review)
I had a bad experience with one of the speech pathologists. She was condescending and rude to my son. I guess she was having a bad day?! (I do not want to disclose her name). I was in tears for her snarky remarks toward my son, and she looked frustrated when he could not pronounce his words correctly. She saw I was in tears and did not ask if I was ok? She ended the session abruptly, and I overheard her telling her coworker she made her client's mother cry. I was shocked, to be honest with you. The next day I received a text message from her asking if I was ok. No apology or no questions as to what happened. Her actions were actually a blessing in disguise! My son got switched to Adi, who is so genuine, compassionate, and patient with my son! So in a way, I am happy that the other therapist showed her true colors right away. The rest of the staff has always been professional and welcoming! I just recommend being in the room with your child and the therapist because I cannot imagine how this therapist would have treated my autistic son without me being present! I did assure the therapist I would not file a complaint with her supervisor. (I was highly encouraged to file a complaint because that was the wrong way to treat a client). After I told her that, she stopped texting me, and when I see her in the lobby, she ignores my son and me. (still very unprofessional). If your child gets speech or feeding therapy, I definitely recommend Adi!
