  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Juan at Eyemart Express! He is an absolute rockstar! Shopping for glasses with an 8 and 10-year-old can easily turn into chaos—especially when you refuse to pull out a screen to zombify them. But Juan brought the most amazing, positive energy to match their high-energy curiosity. Instead of getting overwhelmed, he whipped out coloring pages, shared wonderful stories about his own son and dog, and kept a genuine smile on his face the entire time. Not only was he incredible with the kids, but he also navigated our vision insurance with total ease and helped us find great backup pairs. Best of all? Thanks to their in-store lab, he had their main pairs fitted and on their faces before we even left the store! In the past, I’ve been used to waiting 2-3 weeks for glasses to arrive, followed by yet another trip just for fittings. When we went back to pick up the special-tinted pair, Juan was there again and spent what must have been 20 meticulous adjustments getting the fit absolute perfection for both kids. He was endlessly patient and determined. We are so grateful for this stellar experience and will happily go out of our way to return—we'll even call ahead to make sure Juan is working!

  I had an amazing experience at Eyemart Express thanks to Juan! (The other staff members were amazing as well, but Juan was a star) he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made picking out glasses way less stressful than I expected. He was patient, helpful, and had a great way of making customers feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and that kind of customer service deserves recognition. Hopefully this review makes its way to the CEO because he definitely earned it! 😄

  I have been coming to this location for my frames & lenses for the last 4 years due to the great customer service & great prices that mesh well with my insurance coverage. In this last visit prompted me to leave a review as an employee named Juan was very patient and helpful in figuring out an insurance authorization issue. He got me out the door feeling relieved and they even had my glasses ready within the hour!

  I just got my sons glasses fixed for maybe the 3 time ( he’s 6) so he is tough on them and every time we go Claudia and her teams are amazing, they make us feel welcome and they never make my son feel bad about his glasses. I have recommended this place and her team to everyone. Thank you guys for being so great at what you guys do. Charlie’s mom
