  I received some of the best customer service I have ever received and I went in towards the very end of the day when most employees try to rush you off. I was greated with a smile, Esperanza was not only efficient and knowledgeable but very personable as well. I can’t believe that I received two pairs of glasses within the same day since I went in so late. Thank you, Esperanza.. If it wasn’t for your hard work, I would’ve missed my son’s Entire baseball game due to Lack of sight.

  Paola gave excellent customer service! She was quick to say hello when I walked in and helped me immediately. She was able to find my insurance and explained my benefits. She offered different options on lenses and clearly explained the cost differences. I was very happy with the service and my glasses!

  Person who attended me didnt have a single clue of how to do shit or what she was doing. Totally clueless, Was more worried about answering hr texts on the phone then she was helping, complete waist of time

  Sad to say I had the worst experience. I had previously ordered a box of contacts.. a MONTH AGO and was told I’d hear back in a week to pick up my box. Fast forward to today. I arrive at this location and like the first time… lady’s are going crazy looking for my “Box” this is the 2nd time I have seen this.. can’t find my stuff.. looking through the whole building.. every file. Finally.. the lady in the front desk walks over with 1 pair of contacts and lets me know my order was NEVER PLACED, and the women who has originally answered phone for the order only listed the order but never submitted the order!!😡 I CANT STRESS HOW FRUSTRATING THIS IS. YOU ALL HAD 1 month!! One full month to go through your “pending docs” and just left my order sitting around.. now I’m having to wait an extra week.. when this should have been prevented if only you took priority in my order and actually did your JOB! -1 stars .
