- JEJoseph Espinosa2 days ago5.0Everyone was super nice the doctor was cool espi helped me with my glasses she worked through my insurance and costs and ended up getting me hooked up with 2 pairs of glasses that were ready before i even left. Best experience ive ever had with an Eye exam hands down.
- DCDesiree CarterSep 29, 20265.0Jason was extremely helpful! I was able to get a better pair of frames - I didn’t think I would be able to get a nice, attractive pair of frames. I didn’t understand my insurance and he explained what I was eligible for. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and seemed to really enjoy his job. And that’s nice to see! Thanks for a great pair of glasses with everything I hoped to add on!
- YCYngwee CharleySep 25, 20265.0Always love to bring my business here. General manager Marshall is phenomenal. Jason was a great as well. Service is top notch, very welcoming, and always caring.
- VVVivianSep 18, 20265.0This is a long overdue review for Pamela who was absolutely amazing!. I hadn't worn glasses in over 30 years and was rather apprehensive about having to wear glasses again. Pamela showed me glasses that would compliment my face, provided feedback that I requested and also informed me of my military discount which was helpful. I ended up with progressive glasses which I absolutely love wearing! I also got a pair of progressive sunglasses that are gray for driving. Pamela was patient, answered all my questions and made buying glasses an enjoyable moment.
- MTMarie TrujilloSep 3, 20265.0I was so impressed by the service I got at Eyemart. From the front desk check-in to the final check out everything was great. My insurance was properly billed and I never saw anything extra. Everything was explained in detail, and all my questions were answered. The initial exam indicated I need a cataract surgery. After cataract surgery and going for my new prescription, I was treated very well. My technician was amazing and got me the best deal for the best amount of money. My glasses (2 pair ) were ready within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this location of Eyemart on Carlisle.
