There is a good variety of shapes and sizes and colors. The customer service was amazing with everyone I interacted with. Plus, as soon as I got my order in, my glasses were done within 15 minutes! Incredible! I am very pleased with this place. Can be a bit pricey but glasses are something you should spend a decent price on so you can see your best lol 😁 Would definitely go here again in the future!
- ZZZiaMomJul 31, 20263.0Clerk took too long, took about an hour to finish 3 eyeglass prescriptions, she answered the phone a few times and talked awhile on the phone with another customer. Frame choices were limited for women and the cases were cheap and didn’t fit some 2 of our frames, it was crushing our frames. I asked if there was another case, clerk said no. I think I will go some place else next time.

My insurance company said they allowed and paid them $150.00 more than what Eyemart Express said would be the paid by BCBSNM. I was overcharged the above out-of-pocket amount. Check your insurance EOB when it is mailed to you, folks. My insurance company is appealing this and it is a big mess.
