- PPPolly Padilla3 days ago1.0They charge you Way beyond what they tell you they're going to charge you the glasses alone we're going to be $1,200 for every little tiny thing that they put on there the exam was supposed to be only $39 was my insurance but then they added $45 which I have not got back cuz she mistakenly charged me that and then she charged me $160 for not buying glasses with them do not go there they are unfair they're throwing signals to each other the girls outside the in the front I don't know if they're telling them to charge more or not charge more but they're signaling thumbs up thumbs down smiling it's not very comfortable so do not go there Pearle vision do not go to Pearle vision on menaul

- PLPeter K LinJul 30, 20262.0BEWARE. Mandatory Upsell; $5 exam w/ insurance is now $45; opting out is $150. I want preface this by saying I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Pacheco in 2024 at their old location across the street. Went out of my way to come see her again. The front desk personnel were friendly and professional, and were doing their job. My issue is with the Digital Retina screening upsell. The $5 Copay exam is now costs an extra $40 due to this exam. Opting out of this exam now somehow waives the exam being $5 copay to now $150. There is no triaging or risk stratification of who may actually need this screening; just pay the extra $40.
