Precise on Explaining the exam and the procedure and very Receptive on questions and or concerns I might have had. Secondly, this is probably been the smoothest experience I’ve had on picking about frames and lenses. Kat was Extremely knowledgeable and was Very personable. Kat was very patient when I was choosing frames. The overall experience was fantastic. It’s great to see that customer service is still important and mattered at this business.

Their operating days and hours are convenient since we can only go on Saturday. We arrived an hour early and they were able to take us right in and start our exams. The staff is all friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The selection of frames is amazing and competitively priced.
