  This office fit me in NEXT DAY when I called with a potential emergency. They were professional, kind, thoughtful, and comprehensive. They immediately handled the problem with professionalism and understanding, and it was incredibly affordable. I came to this dental office growing up and haven’t been back in 8 years because of irresponsibility. I will certainly be maintaining regular appointments here from now on. Absolutely everyone here is fantastic. You will never feel belittled, ignored, embarrassed, or tricked. They are always welcoming, genuine, honest, and gentle (physically and socially). 10/10.

  I want to share my experience regarding the dental coordinator, as I feel this situation was handled poorly. I really like the dentist and the care I have received from the clinical side, but my experience with the hygienist coordinator was extremely disappointing. I provided more than 48 hours’ notice that I needed to cancel my appointment and left a voicemail within the required timeframe. When I followed up, I was told I would still be charged a cancellation fee. The coordinator repeatedly insisted that I should have sent a text message, even though I was never informed that texting was the required method of cancellation. I made the effort to call and leave a message in advance, which should have been considered valid notice. Instead of working with me, the conversation turned into a lengthy lecture where the same point was repeatedly brought up several times in the conversation wasting time. I explained that I understood the policy, but I had already provided enough notice to cancel without being charged. The way this was handled felt disrespectful and unnecessary. I told her I received a follow up message stating everything was fine from the dentist. She kept trying to insist she would charge me $75. After explaining going over there several times I had to make sure I was not going to incur a fee because I left plenty of notice. I want to emphasize that I do like the dentist and appreciate the care provided, but customer service matters. Patients should not feel talked down to or dismissed when they are trying to communicate and follow the office policies. I hope the office addresses how these situations are handled moving forward. It’s disappointing to be treated like this and these Troyes if people take a little position of authority to treat people poorly.

  I’ve been coming to this dental office since I was a kid, and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. Dr. Davis has always taken great care of my family and consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to providing the best care possible. I’m grateful for the excellent care my family and I have received over the years and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. ❤️
