- RTRosa TorresFeb 26, 20261.0For the pass 6 month my children have been seen with other providers not Dr. Aragon and when our 6 month cleaning appointment came up the office was closed which I did not get notified. I called the office to confirm our appointment and the person answered and gave me the day a week before their appointment was and I called 2 days before taking my kids out of school to make sure they are still open and there was no response or anything which made me upset. I had to find another dentist for my children. I am glad I didn’t have to take them out of school for this situation.
- CPChantel P.Jan 27, 20261.0Super unprofessional the way they just shut down right after scheduling my son's appointment and not giving any solution as to what to do about our issue then finally at least a month later sent out a letter referring us to other dental offices that doesn't even except our insurance nor are they excepting new patients. It made it super inconvenient and difficult to find a new office to see my children due to the fact that they just had full cleaning and xrays with this office. During our time with them they seemed to do everything half ass but I was chalking it up to just being me but the more we went the morw things seemed rushed and unprofessional.

My children have an appointment soon, and no one can give me an answer. If they did close, I did not receive a letter or anything, so frustrating.
