  Vanessa is extremely rude, never experienced being rushed like that, treated like I shouldn’t have called, and been spoken to like a toddler by a pharmacy before. I go here because they are nicer than Walgreens. This morning I was put on hold trying to transfer a prescription, then Vanessa picked up and asked for almost all of the info needed, interrupted me and told me to hold, I didn’t mind, but then she picked up the phone again and asked why I called so I politely said “I was speaking to someone about transferring a prescription from Walgreens”, I didn’t know how else to explain, didn’t exactly think there was anything wrong with my response, and she goes, “yeah and you were going to tell me that phone number now?” In the rudest tone. I was so surprised, first the forgot what she was doing after rushing me and being rude the entire time, and when I’m still nice & answer the question she asks she gets angry? Genuinely won’t be going here again & that was extremely unprofessional, I didn’t chose where you work, you did, this is your job and if it annoys you to do it maybe you should chose a different career instead of taking it out on patients. Hope this helps anyone looking for which pharmacy to choose, go with the other Albertsons on Juan tabo.

  I came here to get my 3rd COVID-19 booster and everything worked out smoothly. Everyone at the pharmacy was very friendly and understanding of my autism. The waiting time took a little longer than my scheduled appointment time, but it wasn’t too long. :)

  Great Pharmacy Staff Very Helpful & Knowledgeable!
