I have been doing massage since 1994 and it never gets old or boring. My practice consists of deep tissue, hot stones, trigger point therapy, reflexology, cupping, Raindrop Therapy, using pure essential oils, moist heat therapy and breath therapy. I have also incorporated cupping with swedish massage at no extra charge for those who want it. I use anti-inflammatory creams and gels, especially when working on a client who has arthritis. Raindrop therapy is extremely relaxing and also helps with detoxing the body. I have found cupping to be extremely helpful to my clients in relieving tight muscles and sciatica. I love what I do. Helping my clients during times of stress in their lives brings me lots of joy.

Deep Tissue Massage
(1 Hr.)
In order to effectively perform deep tissue massage, the muscles must be relaxed first, otherwise the therapist can't get down deeper into the muscles. I like to use moist heat to accomplish this. Deep tissue massage helps with muscle pain and helps reduce inflammation-related pain. Some of its benefits are: increased blood flow, elimination of scar tissue, pain relief and relief of muscular tension due to physical or emotional causes.
LaStone Therapy (Hot Stone Massage)
$120.00
When a client comes in for a hot stone massage it's usually booked for an hour and a half. LaStone massage is the original hot and cold stone therapy. This therapy uses basalt and marble stones. The basalt stones conduct the heat and the marble stones conduct the cold therapy which releases inflammation. This therapy is a massage and a detoxification treatment, an immune system function booster, a reflexology treatment and a deep tissue healing treatment. Some of its benefits are an improved sense of well-being, a release of endorphins which are the body's natural painkillers, improved arthritic conditions and improved circulation.
Raindrop Therapy
(1 Hr.)
This technique was originated by Gary Young using Young Living Essential Oils and massage techniques. Not only is it extremely relaxing, many of the oils used help to increase circulation and decrease inflammation and help relieve some of the pain of arthritis and fibromyalgia. This therapy is derived from a Lakota Indian technique using feathered finger stroking. The oils are used on the feet and the spine. I also use these oils in other modalities such as Swedish massage and hot stone massage. I combine the oils, swedish and hot stone massages in a treatment which I call a triple combination massage. The relaxation using these three modalities is quite profound. This triple combo session is 1-1/2 hr. and costs $135.00.
I also offer the Raindrop treatment combined with a Swedish massage and that is a 1 hr. session which costs $90.00
Trigger Point Therapy (Used with other massage therapies)
(1 Hr.)
Trigger point therapy is the application of pressure on tender trigger points in the muscles to relieve pain and tension. A trigger point is generally a small area of muscle that is tightly knotted and in spasm causing referred pain. This type of therapy relies heavily on client-therapist interaction, including verbal elements. Success can be measured by the level of pain reduction experienced by the client and increased range of motion. Some of the benefits range from pain relief and an increase in flexibility to an improvement in circulation, energy levels and immune system functioning.
I combine this type of therapy with Swedish massage and is an hour session.
Reflexology (Used with other modalities)
(1 Hr.)
Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to other parts of the body. This modality involves application of pressure to these reflex zones to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion. This technique is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation and stimulate circulation to blood and lymphatic fluids. This technique is also convenient in cases where an area of the body is traumatized to the extent that direction manipulation is not appropriate. Some forms of reflexology will trigger the release of toxins and will aid your body in releasing impurities. When certain points are massaged, it will trigger the body's ability to heal and restore corresponding parts of the body to full health.
I perform this therapy with Swedish and other modalities. The session is one hour.
Breath Therapy (Used with other modalities)
(1 Hr.)
Breath therapy can ease anxieties and reduce stress and even help relieve headaches. It helps to open lung passages, oxygenate the blood and cleanse the body by eliminating gaseous toxins. The client is encouraged to breathe deeply while the therapist works with appropriate muscles. Breath therapy is popular as a natural healing method and a therapeutic tool for the body and mind. It is used to control anxiety, grief and loss, respiratory issues, chronic pain and emotional release. Some of the benefits of this therapy are an improvement to one's physical well-being such as stress relief and in some cases headaches -- in conjunction with massage and it improves mental well-being
I combine this therapy with other modalities. The session is one hour.
Cupping (Combined with other modalies)
(1 Hr.)
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on a client's skin to create suction. It is used for tight muscles and helping with pain relief. It helps with inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being and can be used as a type of deep tissue massage without discomfort. It pulls blood to a region to stimulate healing. It's effective at stretching tight fascia and muscles. It helps tissues to develop new blood flow and causes anti-inflammatory chemicals in the body.
When using this treatment a look of bruising occurs. Often this occurs when a condition exists where there are stagnant fluids (toxins, blood and lymph) that are dredged up during the treatment. This is the therapeutically desired effect indicating that the stagnation and toxins are being released from the body. The discoloration will fade after a few days and is not painful. After a few treatments the stagnation and toxins will have been released and no "bruising" will occur. Some of the benefits are that it pulls blood supply to the skin, strengthens the immune system by promoting the flow of lymphatic fluid, helps with sleep, moves stagnation and drains fluids, breaks up and expels congestion and stretches muscle and connective tissues.
I combine cupping with Swedish massage and is a one hour session.
Cupping modality added
No extra charge
I have been incorporating the modality of cupping with swedish massage and my clients have had very amazing results. Rather than causing pain with very deep pressure, especially on the upper back, cupping has been so effective in releasing toxins from the body and relieving tight muscles. It is also effective with low back pain and sciatica.

Ginger and her massage therapy have changed my life! I started seeing Ginger consistently following a back surgery over two years ago where doctors told me they were surprised I wasn’t paralyzed; I had lost most function in my left leg by the time I had surgery and even after surgery was living in high level chronic pain from my sciatic nerve being so damaged. Ginger introduced me to cupping and I’ve never looked back. Through the two years of seeing Ginger (and an amazing physical therapist) she and the cupping helped me get my life back - my daily pain is now 1-2/10 and I am even dancing in my high heels again! I cannot recommend Ginger and her services, especially the cupping, enough - it really did change my life.

Have been going to Ginger for years and she is an excellent massage therapist! Seems to be able to get into places and hit muscle groups others miss. Never rushes and always makes sure I leave relaxed. She has saved me many trips to the chiropractor over the years!
