  I had a health problem a few months ago, the caregiver called the office and the staff said they will contact the nurse, and check on me later in the day, it has been over two months and they still have not bothered to contact me. It seems the office staff have zero management skills and should be replaced before the entire operations is shut down by the state.

  Waiting on my fourth ambercare person and still hasn't shown up.Always on their phones doing personal business or just gabbing. Supposed to have someone here 7 days a week for 5 hrs. They don't stay or do much of anything. Their supposed to cook a meal not one ever has. NO PHONES ALLOWED IN MY HOUSE ANYMORE. Talk on the phone on your 15 min break.

  They are very nice people who work there. My son signed up to take care of me. My son does everything for me cooks, cleans, goes and gets clean water. Cooks very balanced meals, healthy ones. Now he gets paid for it. Love it!!!!!

  Please train your aides to leave their problems and issues at the door. I am not paid to be their dumping ground for heavens sake. There is a reason counselors and psychiatrists get paid so much. They are there to help me. I went above and beyond when I did this work. Humiliating enough, I am now the one who needs assistance, yet nothing is done that needs to be done except for me trying to find reasons not to listen to all if their issues! I am NOT the dumping ground. I love the lady you sent me but for Gods sake, her face gets redder with every story and now I smoke like a freight train the whole time she's here. Do you not train your people or do you just set them loose while we try to be kind and nice while they cause more trouble than just being an adult and doing what needs to be done? This is not exclusive to your agency alone, I think its just the mentality of people around here, I guess.
