My husband is out of his meds and gonna be sick all weekend because she refused to refill his script. The RN lied to me and said it was the pharmacy, when I know that Dr. K refused to do the refills like she did every week. Don't count on the director either she'll wait over a month to call you back and then call you a liar and threaten to drop hospice because you're upset with them. After being ignored for a month you wouldn't be very happy with y'all's service either. Very unprofessional, and I'm done with y'all neglecting my husband. I pray that every single one of you lose your jobs, they're under investigation. I had to bother the governor because these idiots don't want to do their job!!!

Victoria and Angela were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process, answering any questions we had, providing care, just being there. They made themselves available 24 hours a day. Losing a loved one is never easy but having Ambercare there to help was a true comfort.

Supposed to have someone here 7 days a week for 5 hrs. They don't stay or do much of anything. Their supposed to cook a meal not one ever has. NO PHONES ALLOWED IN MY HOUSE ANYMORE. Talk on the phone on your 15 min break.
