- JHJOE HSep 10, 20261.0The pharmacy itself is great, the people are great, BUT the website sucks. When I log in to Albertson's it knows who I am, says "Hi Joe" up in the corner. Has the right store address. If I click weekly ad it decides I am in Boise Idaho or Las Cruces NM, varies from day to day, but it definitely leaves the correct store it was at. The pharmacy site is absolutely not available at all, or it tells me to log into my grocery account and then usually wants me to create a new account which can't happen because someone already is using my same email address. I occasionally after 5 or 10 attempts am able to get into the pharmacy page, but no guarantees. For a company that does billions of dollars of business, this web site is pathetic. And it's been like this for years, and they can not fix it. They have sent me a couple of nice email saying they are sorry I'm experiencing difficulties and they will look into it. And then crickets.

- ALA LMar 8, 20262.0Took three weeks to get medication in and was not ready when told it would be (had to remind them to fill). Probably just my luck but drive up has been closed due to staffing on several occasions. Very inconvenient for someone who has trouble walking.
