  I’ve always heard mixed reviews about Club Pilates as a franchise, with some people saying the workouts aren’t challenging or effective, but that has been completely opposite from my experience at the Wyckoff location! I’ve been coming here consistently for about two months now and have had such a great experience. I genuinely love the classes, and I’m already both feeling and seeing physical results. I’m also surprised by some of the negative reviews about Danielle because she is by far my favorite Club Pilates instructor and honestly one of my favorite fitness instructors overall! Her classes are always well thought out, challenging, and enjoyable, and I always look forward to taking them. Overall, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at Club Pilates Wyckoff and would absolutely recommend this location!

  The old lady behind the counter is very rude.I don't know what her problem is.Definitely something going on. It's a disappointment to drive all the way over here to have a conversation with somebody who's very curt , and clearly in a rush to hurry up , go home and do nothing. Save your AI generated copypaste slop reply.I don't wanna hear it , you need new staff if they don't wanna work there.

  I’ve been attending this location for about a month and I leave every class feeling great! I take a lot of Danielle’s classes and love her style of teaching! I also took classes with Svetlana and Nina and they were both wonderful instructors as well!! Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this location!!

  I had been attending classes at this studio for some time and had never once been late. The one time I knew I would arrive more than five minutes late, I called ahead because that is the studio's stated policy. I simply wanted to know whether it was still worth coming, as I know exceptions are sometimes made. The front desk employee, Cristina, told me I could still attend as long as I wasn't more than 10 minutes late. I rushed to get there and arrived 11 minutes late, only to be turned away. Had I been told over the phone not to come, I would have gladly stayed home. Instead, I rushed unnecessarily and put myself under pressure to make it there based on a guideline that appeared to be decided on the spot and was not reflected in any written policy. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. I requested that a manager contact me because none were available at the time, but no one followed up. After three days, I had to reach out myself via email. I later learned that the phone number I had been texting about my complaint belonged to the same employee involved in the original issue. I ultimately canceled my membership within the required timeframe to avoid being charged for the following month. However, because I enrolled through my health insurance program, the studio apparently failed to notify the program that my membership had been canceled. As a result, I was charged for another month anyway. When I contacted the program, they informed me that their records still showed me as an active member. A refund request has been submitted, but there is no guarantee I will get my money back. So, I am no longer considered a member by the studio, yet I was still charged. These may seem like small issues individually, but when businesses fail to communicate clearly, follow through on customer concerns, or properly process cancellations, it costs people both time and money. In a time when every dollar matters, that is not something I can overlook. A misunderstanding that could have been easily resolved ultimately cost this studio a loyal member. I'm sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before investing their time and money here.

  Adding to the bad reviews for Danielle: just took a class with her and she didn’t seem to want to be there. Wasn’t very helpful and told me I shouldn’t look at what others are doing because they might be doing is wrong. I am newer to CP and maybe if she gave clearer instructions or did adjustments I wouldn’t have to look around. She seemed to be looking at her smartwatch half the time.
