  When I called the Woodbury store, I clearly explained that I needed a 48-piece chicken order and was trying to give them plenty of notice, almost two hours ahead. I was told they were doing too much volume and could not take a phone order. What the hell is the reason for calling ahead then? The whole point was that it was almost 50 pieces and would require some coordinating, not just me walking in and expecting it to magically appear. I got no help at all from Woodbury, not on the phone and not in person. When I came into the store, it was more of the same, just runaround, attitude, and no real effort to even try to help. This was not some last-second ridiculous request. With almost two hours’ notice, there was more than enough time to at least attempt to put it together. Even if things were busy, this could have been handled by staggering the order, pulling pieces aside little by little while still serving the customers in front of you. That is just basic common sense and customer service. Instead, I was met with employees who came off nasty, bitter, and like helping a customer was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Then I called Audubon, explained the exact same situation, and the response I got was, “I will get right on it, sir. See you when you get here. Drive safe.” That is how you handle a customer. No attitude, no excuses, no nonsense. They stepped up, handled it like real champs, and took care of the customer. So credit where it is due, Audubon did exactly what Woodbury should have done from the start. Woodbury showed no urgency, no empathy, and no real customer service at all. And Woodbury Acme, save the response about being sorry or that you missed the chance to serve me. Save the basic robotic scripted response too. I do not need your reply, and I do not want some BS gift card. What should have been done was simple: just handle the customer the right way the first time.

  I like shopping here. Everybody who works there is friendly. I do not like there door dash service. I had drivers lie to their manager about not accepting their order when it was suppose to be at my home. They never showed up. Also, I had shrimp ready to eat taken from my order. Finally my fruits and vegetables showed up rotten at my home. Now that Safeway took over and Robertson was dissolved their food is cheaper and the consumer pay more.

  I had my spleen removed and needed booster shotes and they ordered them and were very nice about getting them paid for by the insurance company and giving the shots they are professional at there jobs and very nice to explaining everything to me about the .problem with the insurance company and the shots could cause I like them and get my meds there now
