- CPChaitanya PakalaApr 23, 20261.0I visited this center and had a very frustrating experience. Initially, I went for an eye check and after that my glasses were still causing blurry vision. I was told to revisit for a free follow-up, but when I returned, they unexpectedly charged me $134. I never signed any paperwork agreeing to this charge and was clearly told the revisit would be free. I’ve been struggling for over a month to resolve this issue, and it’s still not sorted out. Very disappointing experience. Now they are not even answering the calls and I am getting final notice which may impact my credit score. I won’t be visiting again.
