Dr. Rajeev, the receptionists and technicians are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. At LensCrafters you have a great selection of designer and LensCrafters frames. There was a sale. If no sale, you get a discount if you have your AARP card or if you bought contact lens from Eyecare of Princeton. Leanne, the LensCrafters employee/management was also nice, professional and knowledgeable and helpful of picking eye glasses.

Long story short, because I was not purchasing new frames, I received no service. I paid $300 and was told I would receive an email when the lenses arrived. I never received an email. After two and a half weeks, I requested a refund, which I received, but the whole experience was a complete waste of my time. I was a loyal LensCrafters customer for many years, but I’m switching to Warby Parker.
