  Stephanie was very helpful and insightful. She helped me figure out which lenses were perfect for my prescription. She was also very polite and efficient. I also loved the exam with Dr. Yoon. He explained every process perfectly. I’m very happy with my experience.

  I had a bad experience trying to schedule an appointment. The staff handling the calls were not well trained and did not seem to know which insurance plans they accept. During my first call, I was told my insurance was accepted; however, one day before the appointment, I received a text message stating that it was not and that I needed to provide additional information. When I called back, another staff member told me they could not find my name in the system. I have never had these kinds of problems at the Clifton location. Clearly, better staff training is needed.
