Fantastic Gym with an Amazing Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can’t recommend this gym enough! From the moment you walk through the front door, you're greeted by a staff that is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The team constantly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
The positive energy from the staff completely sets the tone for the entire facility. It’s an awesome environment for anyone looking to work on their fitness goals, regardless of their experience level.
If you’re looking for a place that combines great facilities with a warm, welcoming attitude, this is absolutely it. Highly recommended!
The gym looks good but be aware with their financial practices. In my case the main problem: they did not respect the contract and charged my credit card without authorization. They seem desperate to take money directly from my credit card so they charged me with services and products I didn't buy.
When I confronted them with the contract, they justified everything by saying the corporation does not respond or that I needed to prove I did not use the credit card or the service. If I did not use it, that itself is the proof.
I had a prepaid contract with no automatic renewal option for 2 years.
I opened a dispute with my credit card company, but only for the unauthorized charges. The authorized charges were paid at the time and were not part of the dispute.
The gym provided only transaction numbers as “proof,” which is not proof of service—only proof that the credit card was used.
The bank refunded only the disputed unauthorized charges. However, the gym did not return those funds to the bank. Later, they called me saying they had made a mistake with the reimbursement and claimed they had sent the amount twice, which was not true.
After that, they canceled 6 personal training sessions that I had already paid for, using the reimbursement issue as justification.
I then called the bank together with the gym manager, and the bank confirmed that the gym had not reimbursed a single penny.
From that point until now, I have not been able to use the gym service or the personal training sessions for about two months, while my prepaid contract remains active.

Sales rep tried to pressure me getting a membership saying I lose the deal if I use the free day pass and when I said I want the day pass he said will talk after and they hold on your license during your whole workout. If you want to try this gym out be aware that might happen. Equipment wasn’t anything crazy.
