StretchLab Wayne offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- EREd RodzenNov 10, 20255.0While training for this year's NYC Marathon, I tried the initial 50 minute session. Sandy made scheduling really easy and Amaya was the greatest to work with. After the initial session, I booked several more sessions and was so glad I booked one after the marathon. Definitely much needed during recovery. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend StretchLab in Wayne!

Will helped diagnose the problem, set a plan to help correct it, and has helped eliminate the pain. I’d highly recommend this service- I’m more flexible, mobile, and physically feel better after sitting in an office chair all day. 5 stars for sure
