StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Wayne offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Will helped diagnose the problem, set a plan to help correct it, and has helped eliminate the pain. I’d highly recommend this service- I’m more flexible, mobile, and physically feel better after sitting in an office chair all day. 5 stars for sure

Waking up in the morning and sometimes trying to walk is the easiest so I tried this place and really like it. . It’s not going to the gym however it definitely has been helping. I go once a week and really enjoy it. You can keep working with the same person or try someone different every time
