We took the glasses there and to the sunglass hut in the mall and both places told us the glasses could not be fitted or tightened anymore and there was nothing we could do. As one last hail Mary we tried taking them here with little faith they would be able to be fixed. Johanna greeted us promptly and had my mom's glasses fitted within 5 minutes of us entering the store. Thank you Johanna!
