While he was in the NICU, we knew we’d be bringing him home on a heart monitor, which was overwhelming as first-time parents. Guy took the time to thoroughly teach us how to use the monitor, explain all the ins and outs, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the hospital. We are so grateful to Family Medical Equipment and especially to Guy for the exceptional care and support they provided. Thank you for helping make one of the hardest moments in our lives a little less scary. I can’t recommend this company enough.
