- ACAngelina CJul 24, 20265.0Family Medical Equipment was absolutely amazing throughout our son’s journey. While he was in the NICU, we knew we’d be bringing him home on a heart monitor, which was overwhelming as first-time parents. Guy took the time to thoroughly teach us how to use the monitor, explain all the ins and outs, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the hospital. We are so grateful to Family Medical Equipment and especially to Guy for the exceptional care and support they provided. Thank you for helping make one of the hardest moments in our lives a little less scary. I can’t recommend this company enough.

- KDKarl DegenhartApr 14, 20221.0This company works on their time and has no care for the patient. My daughter needed an apnea monitor. We were not able to leave the hospital until someone came and trained us in infant cpr and on the monitor. They were notified early on Thursday and they would not send someone on Friday because it was too far away. I offered to pay the overtime for after hours services and they still said no. We spent the weekend in the hospital since no one would come out. Their employee showed up late on Monday and unprepared. He did not have an infant model to practice cpr and did not have the equipment to set up the monitor and had to borrow from the nurses station. Healthcare is not a 9-5, 5 day a week business. It is 24/7. No regard for patient well being if it inconveniences them.
