  Don’t know where to start . But if I can help another person from the abuse I had to go through I will. As I went in the xray person was same who clean my teeth in 5 min. Then was told I needed 3 crowns and that I was approve for the frist one same day . As soon as I got home I felt scalping g on my tongue and side of cheek . I called the office and was told come back , by the time I got parking lot was called saying don’t come in dentist left . Then the front seat ride lady said I had make appt at 8/30 I did went waited hour and half , the dentist file some spikes down that has cut inside my mouth and tongue . Go home even worst . Next day I had puz on my tongue and I am a deabetic. Had go my doctor and was given pain and antibiotic . Call them again and didn’t get a spot until End of June . U have pictures to proof of the agony I had go through . Called Then let them know why they never told me it was temporary crown and it fell off while I was sleeping half of it. So now it scape even more I called office front lady hang up on me 3 times . So I went straight to the office and told the manager . What she did and also showed her what the crown had done to my tongue al all and , she just listing well of course that her job. Had go to another dentist they had file down and let me know it’s a temp crown and he did his best trying dile ever things scraping in my mouth . I have pics I have the half crown saved it came off next day. And I called my insurance letting them know I want out a claim why get payed for something they did wrong and for my suffering they going get payed no way . Please beware not a good place . And they seem like speedy Gonzales working like in and out . Same thing happen to my husband that another story . Warning yous plz stay away from these pkzZzz

  I have been a patient here for almost 10 years, and every year the service declines. The wait time on the phones are terrible and they hang up on you and do not call back, the staff never have answers. It is a real shame that this place is declining. I would recommend them to everyone I know and now I tell them to stay away.

  Extremely poor experience at Dental Care of Millville and Vineland. Communication is unacceptable. Phones are not answered and messages are not returned. I spent months trying to get answers and resolve a billing issue that should have been handled promptly, and was repeatedly told no one was available to assist with payments. The treatment plan and services were not clearly explained up front. Procedures, reasoning, and total costs were not fully discussed before charges were processed. Payments were processed before treatment was even completed, resulting in approximately $1,400 in excess charges. For over two months, I was given the runaround and repeatedly told that the only person who could fix the issue was on vacation. I contacted Dental Care of Vineland and they also refused to help, stating they could not access Millville’s system. I was simply told to keep calling back. This level of poor communication, lack of transparency, and billing practices is unacceptable. Patients should not have to chase down refunds or waste this much time trying to correct overcharges. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I have reported this matter to my dental insurance and consumer affairs for further review and am exploring my legal options. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this office or their other locations.

  When they confirmed my insurance for the second time. I was told I had to pay cash. Not very happy with them.

  Just started coming to this office and is very welcoming and peaceful. Service was fast no long waiting time period. I worked for a dental office before and i have to say thee are pros here. Jessica was a great, she assited the doctor whom was also very nice and their work ethics where awesome so thank you Jessica. I had a good comfortable visit!
