I’ve left **two voicemails and never received a call back**. There also doesn’t appear to be an easy way to leave a message through the website. What’s even more frustrating is that I tried to book a session and discovered that my session/credit had already been used — **even though I have never stepped foot inside this StretchLab.** I’ve been trying to get an explanation, but nobody answers or returns calls. I also noticed that the BBB has complaints on file regarding StretchLab customer service, including one listed as unanswered. I can’t speak for every StretchLab location, but **the Verona location needs to seriously improve its customer service and communication.** I haven't even received my first service and I'm already having to chase them down to resolve an account issue.

Gabriel is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and makes the sessions personalized to what I actually need. Would recommend StretchLab to just about anyone as it has made such a difference in my life.
