  I been to many many vascular places but Azura go Above and beyond to make sure the Patience are Comfortable and the Doctors amazing Treat you like Family Other places treat you like a number not a human

  Theresa and Lisa Marie are the best! From the phone calls to schedule the appointment all the way to walking through the office doors, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming. They made sure my dad was taken care of and knew exactly where he needed to be and what to expect. The office was also very clean, organized, and well-kept, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. Chris, the technician, was also very nice and did a great job explaining everything throughout the appointment. Overall, everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. We really appreciate how easy they made the whole process for my dad. Thank you all!

  This review is only base on my experience. So on Monday the 14th I had a surgery to have a fistula / grath put in my arm. Regular stuff I went to the facility the wait wasn’t long about 20 mins or less pretty fast I was taking to the back. my experience while getting the procedure was very “weird”that’s the word I’ll use. While the doctor was working I told the nurse I was feeling pain and she gave me something for it but I still felt very uncomfortable and she gave me more dose of whatever it was. I wasn’t sure why but I kept feeling a sharp pain so she asked me if I was okay and I told her but then she said I don’t know what to do I gave you everything. Then she proceed to whisper about me to the other nurse in there as if i was lying so for the rest of the procedure I just kept all my discomfort to myself and didn’t say anything. She made me so uncomfortable she just kept whispering talking about me which I thought was very unprofessional. Fast forward I’m done she took me out still talking to the now another nurse about me they looking at me , just made me uncomfortable. I got home within 1 hour of been home my fingers kept getting numb hurting me very hard I had to keep it straight down for comfort. I immediately called them let them know what is going on ,they made me come the next day to have a look. Next day I go there the appointment to check to make sure nothing was wrong took 2 mins or less I waited longer in the waiting room. All the doctor did brought me to the back they already had this weird look like they been talking about me before I came in so I went to the back doctor touch my hand said it’s not cold so everything is fine. I’m trying to explain to them my discomfort they dismiss everything I said and just told me well it’s not cold now. Remind you they called my dyalisis place rescheduled my treatment move my whole day drove 1 hr for them to see me for 1 minute. Cool no problem I left. I went to my treatment during my treatment my fingers doing the same thing arm hurting numb cold. So the doctor told the nurse to call them saying this is not normal she just got this done . Nurse called them they call me that day. The person on the phone a man was really rude . I told them what is going to happen because I went there already this morning they just touch my hand and said nothing was wrong. He proceed to tell me they going to do a procedure to fix the issue since dyalisis called “ oo so now we have an issue “ I asked him what was the procedure is it going to hurt this is already hurting I’m nice on the phone laughing he goes “it’s procedure I’m sure it’s going to hurt if you have question ask a nurse I’m not a nurse.” Such a rude interaction whatever nurse got on the phone I ask for one explain to me what was happening cool. This guy whoever he was got back on the phone did not even confirm my address or anything for pick up whatever hung up. Cool later on transportation called me to confirm my pick up which I had to give them the address smh. So I go to my appointment Wednesday I’m already uncomfortable of all the Interaction I had with these people so I don’t know what I was looking toward to I just wanted to get this fix and done. Wednesday come the surgeon wasn’t available that day so I had to see another person. One of the nurse I guess took the lead told the doctor what was happening how they don’t think nothing wrong but dyalisis called and the surgeon want to get a procedure done to fix it. once again doctor touch my fingers said oo it’s not cold I don’t see the problem . Like I’m the one lying. This appointment took I’ll say 10 mins or less because he did a quick ultrasound said the flow was fine. He said No personally I’m not doing a procedure the flow is fine. So I just said I’m leaving to myself I know I would never set foot in that place again . They unprofessional they rude they whisper about patient in their faces and they don’t take any of your issues seriously. Till today I’m still having so much pain in my fingers I can’t sleep at night since this procedure.

  Terrific, personable and helpful staff! This office was very accommodating to my request for an appointment. I was able to be seen within a day of calling. The facility is clean, easy to get to, and has ample parking. I live on Staten Island and traveled to Union NJ in less time and had less stress than seeing a doctor on Staten Island. Wait time was minimal. Early hours are great! I had a 6:30AM appointment and was back on Staten Island at my job by 8AM. Shout out to Chris the sonography technician who made me feel comfortable, was very knowledgeable and performed the scan on my painful leg as gentle as possible. Dr. Tarantini was very calming and did not rush me. He answered all my questions and concerns and explained my treatment plan simply. He reassured me and put my fears to rest. I highly recommend this professional team of vascular specialists.
