At no charge to me!! The second time, Zoe spent a considerable amount of time helping to adjust a frame that appears to have defects as the underlying problem. Renee also got involved and they adjusted and worked with me tirelessly. Their devotion to their craft is evident. Their love for their customers (or future customers) is OUTSTANDING!!! I will be a customer for life at this Sterling Optical. And I most HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
