  I had a great experience with the entire team here. Dr. Cohn was fabulous and the team was so helpful with picking out frames and making I understood what was applicable for insurance. Would highly recommend.

  They lie to your face. Dr. William Cohn told me it was illegal to give patients their PD (pupillary distance) because “the Board doesn’t allow it.” I believed him. Then I looked it up. That’s simply not true. They just don’t want to give you your PD because they want to sell you glasses instead of letting you buy them online. They even refused to give me my PD even though I had bought glasses from them before. Then came the billing. I was told the eye exam would be $124 out of pocket. Instead, they billed my insurance $333, even though I wasn’t even sure I had coverage. They checked my insurance and billed it anyway. When I got home, I found out the exam wasn’t covered. They were basically going to leave me to deal with that bill. I called them out on it. They then charged me the original $124 on my credit card instead. They told me they were going to reverse the insurance claim. I’m not even sure they did, because they "can’t provide any documentation showing that it was reversed". I called around afterward. Costco charges $100. Warby Parker charges $95. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Also, the front desk employee, Monique, was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all.

  Dr. Cohn is the absolute best. Takes the time to explain each and every step of the exam, as well as the health of your eye. I appreciate his attentiveness to his patients. You can tell this is someone who truly enjoys what he does for a living.

  I found Pearle Vision as they were the only people that would take our insurance plan. It was a massive bonus to find that their office was friendly and welcoming, and that Dr Cohn is remarkably expert. He clearly loves his job and it showed. My glasses are much better than they were. The "Stitch" enthusiast who answered the phone paved the way. Thanks to all, you are a great team.
