  I found Pearle Vision as they were the only people that would take our insurance plan. It was a massive bonus to find that their office was friendly and welcoming, and that Dr Cohn is remarkably expert. He clearly loves his job and it showed. My glasses are much better than they were. The "Stitch" enthusiast who answered the phone paved the way. Thanks to all, you are a great team.

  I barely wrote reviews, but this one warrants some attention for better performance. I drove for 20 minutes in the rain to get a quote for my prescription. The young man at the entrance was welcoming with proper communicative language. However, the lady handled my presence with noticeable indifference. After my information was entered, she said they are out-of-network. It was odd since I received a quote from another PV a week prior. She showed me on paper how she can’t see my benefits on her screen. Perplexed at the attitude, I went to my car and called Eyemed who promptly confirmed that they are indeed in-network with full benefits. I called back with a number from Eyemed for PV to call to resolve the issue, but she said, in a dismissive voice, she can’t call insurance because they are too busy when there was just one customer collecting his order. Looks like shopping around is unpopular in this place. I simply said I am taking my business somewhere else. Take this as constructive feedback!
