I want back a few days later to complain to the manager, Erica FUENTES, WHO COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE UNDERSTANDING AND AGREED RIGHT AWAY TO REPLACE THE FRAME AND APOLOGIZE FOR HER STAFF, SHE WAS GREAT!
