  This was my first visit with Dr Regulski and it was very obvious he loves what he does. He is very personable and a great bedside manner. He is very thorough and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend Dr Regulski.

  All positive , top service from the desks! to the doctors. Kristin is always on top of any paperwork.. and she knows what I want before I call and ask for it. she actually reaches out professionally.

  Kristin at the front desk is Awesome she’s always at the front desk with a smile and welcoming making you feel at ease when going to the doc office, she’s also very fast and accurate with making and changing appointments. Kristin is definitely a key part in this doc office success. Shout to Kristi and all the nurses, Dr Neyer and Dr Regulski for great care and treatment.

  The experience was very good. The staff was great. And Dr. MathewModugno Was fantastic with my husband. He was a big old chicken. He was gentle and caring, and got the piece of glass out of my husband‘s foot.

  I made an appointment for which I requested the Toms River West office. When I arrived in Toms River West I was curtly informed that my appointment was in the Bey Lea location. (Was it my mistake or the practice? I can call that a wash). I asked to be seen and was told absolutely no availability. Strike 1. She proceeded to call Bea Lea cancel my appointment to reschedule me at Bey Ley the following week. (My issue was ingrown toe nail pain). She mentioned to me casually I was marked as a "NO SHOW" in Bea Ley. I requested that to be corrected I was not a "NO SHOW". She stated she could not change the status due to cooperate restrictions. Strike 2. When I arrived at my next appointment in Bey Lea the front desk staff (not curt) advised me of my co pay of $15.00 for which I was about to pay. She than proceeded to explain I also had a billing for a "NO SHOW" appointment of $50.00. I told her I absolutely would not pay that charge. She nicely stated she would have to ask the Dr.s "permission" to see me due to my refusal to pay the erroneous bill. I stated don't bother I am refusing to be treated by a practice that has such inappropriate billing practices. How can I trust their clinical decisions based upon this experience? Terrible business model. I will be reporting. Additionally, with the amount of Podiatric providers in Ocean & Monmouth County's foolish. They lost a patient, a referral and gained a terrible review and a reporting to the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners thru the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs...
