- ATApril ThompsonJun 10, 20261.0June 4th he takes my deposit and paperwork, turns in everthing ot park office. I did inform him patient was to be discharged on the 18th and he had no problem., He did have to make 2 trips to office with the diagram for their approval.If was approved Friday and ready for township ok. Following Monday, he has me sign township form and $35 township check to get the approval. Mind you, he explains that after he does that, he will receive and email with approval to drop off to office and I guess give to him. He muttered something about doing this stuff and it will probably be extra. Okay, I could see he was abit agitated. I didn't say anything. He comes back an hour later, claims he is not going to do a stack of paperwork at Manchester. He refuses to do any of that, gave me, my check for township, deposit and prescription for ramp and said he's done. I said I was sorry and if there was anything I could do to help., He did say it was my fault. I don't get it, one piece of paper at the township is all that he had to do. I went there the next morning and was done in 5 minutes. I also found out he was pretty intimidating to them and would not let them explain. If he had, we would not be here., Mind you, my husband gets discharged next week and we have no ramp yet. I will make sure to tell everybody about this ordeal.
