StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Summit offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

As a distance runner, I had been dealing with persistent calf and Achilles injuries for a while, and the improvement I've seen since working with him has been dramatic. What sets Julien apart is how genuinely personalized every session is. He checks in on how I'm feeling and adjusts the entire session accordingly, so I'm never just going through the motions. Beyond the table, he's also counseled me on the right footwear and at-home stretching routines, the kind of guidance that makes a real difference between sessions. He's always communicative, attentive, and clearly invested in your long-term progress, not just getting you through the hour. If you're looking for a flexologist who actually listens and delivers results, Julien is your person. He's phenomenal.
