- CYCarla YAug 9, 20263.0First let me say my visit with Dr Hom was great, he is very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. However the front staff could use improvement. Am a returning customer and I don't know if the renovation to smaller space has impacted morale but I felt differently than I did a year ago. After numerous phone calls from staff trying to schedule my eye exam I finally set up an appointment and was met with not so friendly attitudes. The gentleman who took me in for testing prior to seeing the doctor rudely yawned as if I was keeping him up and the receptionist who checked me out was just cold. I don't think I will be returning next year with better options closer to home. If I were rating the doctor alone I would give 5 stars.
