  Went it to get new frames for glasses I thought were broken. They were able to repair my old frames instead and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

  Overall, the doctors here are excellent—very kind, professional, and efficient. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, which made a great first impression. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful (though at times a few came across as a bit less genuine—like they were assisting but not very enthusiastic, occasionally seeming slightly inconvenienced by extra requests. Some of them seem younger, so it’s understandable they’re still gaining experience, though a more consistently welcoming attitude would really elevate the experience). That said, the process was quick and easy, and everything ran smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this place. Also, the woman at the front desk was especially kind and had a calm, welcoming presence that really stood out. she was extremely welcoming, and honestly made the whole visit feel more comfortable from the start.

  I had never been in Pearl Vision before but had not been able to find sunglass frames that I liked so I figured I would stop in. Nicole was amazing, and not pushy. I found so many that I loved that it was hard to choose. Once I found the perfect ones, I decided to get another pair of regular glasses because of the great discount that was provided. Thank you Nicole and can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!
