  I won’t be back. Long story short I booked an appointment with complaints of loss of peripheral vision in my eye. Dr said it was completely fine as long as it didn’t reach the middle. Said the boss was probably glaucoma and that I might need drops. They scheduled me a month later to come back for a test. They stated I needed glasses for the first time. Hundreds of dollars on glasses, two months and a confirmed possible glaucoma test they finally told me to make an appointment with another dr for glaucoma. I did. Long story short that dr immediate sent me to a surgeon same day. Medical emergency for detached retina. I coulda went blind. The glasses? Don’t even need them but now I might after surgery but a different prescription just for the one eye. I’ll never be back. I’m sticking to the new guys.

  I was greeted immediately upon entering the store.I was assisted right away in the service was awesome. Mr.James greeted me and Mr. Bill took care of me until my service was completed. I will definitely share my experience with all of my friends.

  I've been contemplating for the last few weeks if i should write this review but it needs to be said. I've had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting the Springfield location and have had the worst experience of any eye exam place. Not only was my eye exam rushed and my concerns ignored, but when it came time to purchase my frames, the sales woman on the floor was constantly pushing additions on me that I did not want. Once I denied, multiple times, her entire attitude shifted and she was rude and short with my questions. Fast-forward to the actual glasses themselves, my pair took months to arrive before I could get them. Imagine my shock when I go in and check the glasses to discover the frames themselves had a crack in them. The man behind the counter that I can only assume is the optician was snarky when i bought this up and looked at me like I was the crazy one. Overall, I will never visit this location again and will be loud and vocal that friends, family, co-workers, and the community know what a terrible experience Pearlevision Springfield was. Horrible.

  Excellent customer service bill was polite, sincere and eager to help me fix my glasses. Amazing staff always warm and friendly. 10/10

  Dr. Shah and her staff are Great!! The 2 women at the check-in desk were kind and super helpful. They understood my insurance plan well and they were patient when I had an issue with my plan. It was resolved. I met Dr. Shah and she was fantastic. Kind personality, good listener and she had some great suggestions on my eye care. The set up at this location has changed a lot but the staff was great.
