The store was comfortable, and had positive vibes amongst the employees. I’ve been here on various occasions with my sons, for glasses purchases, and have never had a bad experience. Matea explained my insurance coverage clearly, as well as my options (I was considering progressive lenses, but also other solutions for my particular vision needs). I’ll return here again, and again! I’d considered going to other retailers, but LensCrafters being in-network with my EyeMed meant it was the most economical outlet, and one that meant to least work on my part (no claims to file).
