For the first time, exercise has become something I genuinely look forward to instead of something I feel like I have to do. I love the sense of community here so much. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and encouraging, and the staff and instructors are truly the best. They’ve created such a positive, supportive environment that makes you want to keep showing up.

- JSJudi SilverNov 18, 20234.0I enjoy the classes, but find it difficult to hear the instructor over the loud music, which is important especially when new to the routine and trying to follow along. Class times are not terribly convenient for those who work and makes continuity in trying to develop a work out routine somewhat disjointed. The classes are also crowded which makes accidentally bumping into your neighbors a bit challenging with arms and legs. I would recommend PB to others but with caveats, such as the items mentioned above. The staff is welcoming and supportive, no issues there at all.
- AKAlyssa KollefJun 13, 20215.0First things first VERY clean. I chose to keep my mask on and no one made me feel uncomfortable about it and also respect my privacy. I absolutely loved the class. Im very out of shape, inflexible with low mobility and overweight. This class is doable and there are modifications. I never once felt judging or like I was too out of shape. The instructor gives clear expectations as well as instructions in the beginning of the trial class I took. It was challenging and can be modified based on each individual. They focus on mind body connection for effective workouts which is a huge plus and i certainly could tell the difference. I wish it was something I could commit to right now, I highly recommend it.
