  Pretty cool that they added a smoothie bar here. The smoothie was decent, but was a bit pricey because there's a additional $2 surcharge above what is posted in store b/c of protein prices

  I had a frustrating experience at GNC south Plainfield because the old employee assisting me would not listen to what I was actually saying. Instead of understanding my needs and answering my questions, he kept pushing his own opinion and wanted me to follow what he was saying. Every time I tried to explain what I was looking for, I felt ignored and talked over. Good customer service starts with listening to the customer, and unfortunately that did not happen during my visit. The interaction felt unprofessional and left me feeling disappointed. I hope management addresses this issue so customers feel heard and respected when seeking assistance.

  Mike is the best there. Gives you all of the information you need prior to any purchases. Very approachable and very knowledgeable. Takes his time to look into facts.

  Piscataway GNC way better. Got what I needed but employee could care less about helping me find what I needed. Didn’t even greet me through the door, horrible customer service.
