  Great inclusive schedule. I love the slow flows because everyone can choose their own intensity and the cold towel at the end 👌🏼

  I really enjoy my time at this place. It has a nice mix of intensity and calmness whether it's a stretching or core class, or one of the calmer restorative classes. Instructors are all great and well trained and the environment is very calm and welcoming. I always feel looser and more calm after any class.

  I can’t say enough amazing things about this studio, but especially about some of my favorite teachers, Jessica and Kat. I mostly attend sculpt but I have also had classes with Yaqing, Amy, Priya, Sam, Athena! ( I love Athena, can't wait for her to come back!) Every class with them feels like so much more than just yoga — it’s an experience. The way Jessica teaches is so intentional, grounding, and inspiring. She has this incredible gift for setting the tone at the very beginning of class with the most beautiful, poetic introductions and reflections. Honestly, that’s one of my favorite parts of every class. Her words always resonate deeply and create such a calming, meaningful atmosphere before we even begin moving. You can tell how much care, thought, and heart she puts into every single class. She makes everyone feel welcome, supported, and connected — both to themselves and to the practice. And Kat is basically a real-life superwoman — so athletic, strong, and empowering while still being incredibly encouraging and welcoming. The energy she brings to class is unmatched and always pushes me to feel stronger and more confident. Every one of them teach with so much heart, intention, and authenticity. You can truly feel how much they care about their students and the experience they create. I always leave class feeling lighter, stronger, more centered, and inspired. This studio is so lucky to have teachers like them.
