  I can't say enough amazing things about Yoga Six in Somerville. The owner Delroy takes classes with everyone and motivates them. The general manager Shanice not only treats everyone like family but is the most loving, caring manager I've ever met. She knows everyone's names, and cares about everyone individually. Being able to walk in and see the amazing people that work at the front desk like Sassha, Emma, Luz, Sarah, Janai, Alivia, Meghan, Kim and Rucha, to taking classes with amazing instructors like Janai, Jess, Kat, Emily, Courtney, Priya, Amy, Athena, Katrina, Mary, Codie, Yaqing, and Sam. I've been coming here since March and it's my favorite part of my day. I look forward to seeing everyone and taking my favorite sculpt classes. And an extra shout out to my sculpt instructors who continue to kick my ass in class like Jess, Amy, Janai, Athena, Emily, Katrina. Can't recommend this facility enough!!!

  I was extremely impressed. It was quite a workout. A very unique experience. Excellent instructor.

  Joining has been an awesome addition to my life. After a month I notice a lot of positive changes in my mind and body. Great space and instructional staff!

  I’ve been a member since Yoga 6 opened in Somerville and every mass I’ve taken has been excellent. The teachers are knowledgeable and enthusiastic and so encouraging. I had Janai tonight for sculpt and it was fantastic. So challenging but worth every minute. She was awesome!

  Went to a slow flow class in the morning - loved it so much decided to go back in the evening for a power class… sweated my ass off. Athena is a phenomenal instructor. Will be returning.
