I came in with a scuffed Ray Bans lens and had the replacement lenses but could not do the replacement myself, despite "how to" videos on the internet making it look easy. They could not have been nice and more helpful. First the Dr. Lavine disabused me of notion that there was anything you could do to fix a scratched lens (put the toothpaste and baking soda away). I mentioned how it was harder than it looked to pop out the lenses and he assured me that I'm not supposed to know how to do that. He then took the glasses and made the replacement, handing me a brand new feeling pair of glasses in a few minutes. 10/10 would go back - thank you Dr. Lavine.
