- JWJoanne WilkesJan 8, 20235.0Every Tuesday night at slow flow, Zenny creates a wonderful flow for all of us. At the end, she says, "It's that time," and we put it all together for one long flow. She says it's her "selfish" way of seeing us practice, but I always feel like she brings out the best in everyone in her class. I love Zenny's yoga classes. Audrey Kate’s class is always amazing. She is a wonderful yoga instructor who cares about her students and their well being. Restore class on Sunday afternoons is the best way to get ready for the work week ahead! Zenny's classes are great! She pushes you to your limits in the best way and offers you modifications for when you need them. She makes you feel like you can do anything during yoga practice. Tuesday slow flow is so Zen, but don't tell anyone! ;o) Yoga Six is the best, they have warm to hot classes, 85-100+, the instructors are the best and also always are offering new popup fun yoga classes. There is something for everyone from beginners to advanced yogis. Come practice at Yoga Six!
