    I needed a Rx quickly and making an appointment here was super easy! Optometrist and technician were phenomenal! The tech explained the exam process thoroughly and was very friendly. The optometrist was also friendly and provided insight into specific lenses that could help me since I do a lot of work on the computer. When I finished up, the saleswoman on the floor asked what frames I'd like, to which I responded I would not be purchasing frames there (Lenscrafters does not offer the specific ones I was looking for). She brazenly asked me "So you only came here for the exam because it's covered by insurance?" Unprofessional whether you make commission or not. After that, I was unwillingly to follow up with an explanation. I imagine WarbyParker puts much pressure on these salespeople when frames can be purchased at steep discounts through retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Costco.

    I would like to share my feedback about my experience. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Even with my limited English, I was treated with patience, respect, and always with a smile. That made a big difference to me. Unfortunately, I have had experiences at other clinics where I felt uncomfortable or not fully assisted because of the language barrier. Here, it was completely different. The team showed professionalism, empathy, and genuine care for their clients, regardless of language. This builds a lot of trust and credibility. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely come back whenever I need.

    As soon as I walked in, I was met with a smiling face. The girl who assisted me was absolutely lovely… She She know exactly how to help me, answered all my questions and actually made the entire experience enjoyable… Promised I stop by and see her the next time in the area because she was just a nice person

    From the moment you walk in, the showroom is attractive and comfortable. I was there for an eye exam. Appointment was on schedule.The exam rooms are spotless, the exam equipment appears modern, and state of the art. My Dr., Maya Brady, spent much time explaining each test. She was not only knowledgeable, but also extremely pleasant. A great team at Warby Parker!!

    Sales associate - didn’t get his name but older guy - was a complete jerk. Made condescending remarks to me right after entering the store. I almost turned around and left but needed glasses and wanted to see WP selection. Not once did he or other person working there offer to help so I left. This guy needs serious help with customer service skills. Avoid.
