I bought glasses in person and found out they didn't make them correctly, so they had to remake them with the correct height adjustment. The new pair was bad - it was completely missing the prism correction (verified by my eye doctor) so they had to remake it a nother time. I just got the remake of the remake, and this one is completely missing the correction and is plano, meaning no distance correction. I'm baffled and confused, and still can't see correctly because I still dont have the glassses I need. I will never use Warby Parker again and I would advise to avoid this store at all costs, they seem to not be very detail oriented and don't care about wasting your time and money.
