- KTKeith ThomasFeb 10, 20241.0Called ro make an appointment and the lady said I needed to call my insurance to see if they excepted it and was in there network. Basically telling me I needed to do her job for her. Then as I questioned that I’ve never had to do this for any DRs appointment she became even more rude. Anyhow, I refused to go there and called another Podiatrist and the secretary laughed at the story I told her about Jersey Shore Podiatrist and we both laughed about how unprofessional they are. Needless to say I had my appointment and the lady at the other podiatrist looked up my insurance info in 45 seconds. Lol
- RRRyanDec 21, 20235.0Dr. Clark genuinely cares and has supported both me and my family with all of thier footcare needs over the years. The office is conveniently located and efficiently run. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to recommend. UPDATE: Recently I had to pull a piece a glass out of my foot, but after healing it still hurt. Went and saw Dr. Clark, and he and the team were able to ultrasound and x-ray to pinpoint the location of a tiny foreign body still embeded in my foot. To me this was like finding a needle in a haystack, and Dr.Clark was able to make a small incision, search around, and find this tiny glass shard and pulled it out. INCREDIBLE WORK, I was so happy he found it right away and my foot feels amazing. Thank you so much Dr. Clark and team, you are the best!! I added the photo of the tiny piece of glass that was found causing so much pain. Crazy how he located this and got it!
