It was late and the store was closing in 15 minutes. Well, Casey who was working the late shift took extremely good care of me. She replaced both nose pads, adjusted the frames and made sure I was satisfied. Aside from the amazing experience I had at LensCrafters, I want to personally thank Casey for her kind remarks and professionalism. She turned a bad day into a great experience.
