From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and at ease. One of the things I love most is the sense of community. The fellow clients are incredibly kind and supportive, which really makes it feel like a family rather than just a fitness studio. Alexandra, the General Manager, is fantastic. She’s extremely knowledgeable, always approachable, and genuinely cares about everyone’s experience and progress. It’s clear she puts her heart into making the studio such a positive place. The classes are consistently great—well-structured, engaging, and definitely challenging in the best way. I always leave feeling stronger, accomplished, and excited to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing Pilates experience!

The classes are well-structured and the instructors truly care about your progress. (Only "con" - wish they would change the lighting as it's uncomfortable for your eyes when you're on the reformer)
