She was very thorough and honest about how much she could help my vision with the issues I have. Michael, the Warby Parker sales associate, was super nice and friendly. He helped me pick out great frames that were best suited to my face. Overall, the service was excellent and I would definitely go back! The only complaint is that they were out fo network with my insurance so the exam cost me $175 and the glasses cost me almost $600!!!! However, Michael was super helpful in processing the insurance claim to get the refund of $120 for the exam and $120 for the glasses. Still cost me way more than I wanted to spend but overall I am really happy with the experience. I would recommend this store but just keep in mind the $95 Warby Parker gimmick is for basic single vision lenses and frames so if you have any other issues, like need progressive lenses, the frames are $95 but the lenses are much more expensive!
